Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of Aipankari products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in case the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Products that are handmade, customized, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or minor variations inherent to handmade products.

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
